Termites Do Over $1.5 Billion in Property Damage A Year.
Is Your Home Or Business At Risk?
While people worry about a fire or storm damaging their home or business, data reveals that damage caused by termites is far more likely. While not as sudden or violent, subterranean termites can eventually create a need for major structural repairs. By calling INVADER, you can be assured of a professional inspection, recommendations if termites are discovered and a treatment program to rid your property of these pests. Additionally, we offer a one year guarantee, at no additional cost, in the unlikely event that these pesky critters return.
What Attracts Termites to My Property?
Almost every structure is a potential home for termites, since what they need most is wood and moisture. Even when a property is stone or brick, wood can be found in the structural supports. Anything that comes into contact with the soil is a potential entry point for termites – including outdoor fences. Foundation cracks, plumbing/roofing leaks, faulty downspouts& gutters, ground sloping toward the foundation, insufficient ventilation, rigid foam insulation, firewood, wooden steps, decks, landscaping timbers: all can encourage termite colonization. Termites build mud tubes which they use as a highway between the ground and your home or business.
How Will INVADER Treat My Termite Problem?
First, we conduct a thorough inspection of your property. Our inspectors are licensed by the State. After a thorough evaluation of your property, we will recommend a treatment plan tailored to your situation, your structure’s construction, where it is situated and the degree of infestation.
At INVADER our professional technicians are trained in the latest treatment techniques and use the most up to date equipment and environmentally responsible materials, such as Termidor® termiticide, to solve your problem.
How Termidor Protects Your Home Or Business From Termites
When Termidor is applied, termites that contact it transfer it to every other termite they in turn contact in a unique process called the "Transfer Effect." And because Termidor is engineered to be slow-acting, termites have ample time to spread it throughout their entire termite population. This material eliminates the colony in 3 months or less – 2 to 6 times faster than the best bait systems.

Wood Destroying Insect Inspections for Real Estate Transactions
Each year, INVADER performs hundreds of these inspections, which are required before a home or building is sold or refinanced. We inspect for any visibly accessible sign of termites, wood borers, carpenter ants or carpenter bees that may be present in or around the structure. The inspection is conducted by one of our highly trained and qualified inspectors that are licensed by the State of Arizona.

Treatment Methods
Treatment methods run the gamut from totally non-toxic to environmentally friendly treatments that utilize as little as a teaspoon of materials.
Invader's Customized Treatment Methods
Rodding and /or Trenching - A hollow steel tube is pressed deep into the soil next to the foundation or a trench is dug exposing the lower part of the foundation. Termiticide is then applied at a low pressure to the soil adjacent to the structure to a depth that meets the top of the footing.
Foam Treatments - Utilizes air injection and a foaming agent to create bubbles of termiticide or fungicide is then introduced under pressure into the holes completely protecting the wood from the inside out.
Borate Treatments - Borates are naturally occuring minerals mined and processed in the death valley area. They are used in various formulations to control all wood fungus, brown rot, termites and beetles.
Mechanical Alterations - Earth to wood contacts often cause problems. Replacement is simple. One call will fix it all!
Biological Control - Suppression of termites is achieved by introduction of termite specific bacteria, fungi or parasitic nematodes into the colony.
