That's why, for years, we have served them through our Customer Care Center, with live phone answering people during regular business hours, or our Customer Care Center here on the website.

The Customer Care Center  serves to assure quality service, primarily through customer surveys.  Both residential and commercial pest control as well as termite, weed and T&O customers are surveyed by phone throughout the year.  If a particular need or concern arises, the Customer Care Center is quick to provide information to the local office in multiple ways for immediate response.  In addition, our Customer care center, serves to provide additional options for contact at times when the local office may be closed (in the evening or on the weekend).  Please call our office @ 623-435-0228 to be forwarded to emergency phone contact. The Customer Care Center is available to serve you during weekdays into the evening hours, every Saturday and most holidays.
