Initial Visit

After you schedule service with Invader Pest Management, you will receive a thorough home inspection from one of our highly trained technicians.  Because even the tiniest cracks and crevasses can provide entry for pests, we will inspect both the inside and outside of your home.  Invader Technicians are highly trained to spot early warning signs of pest control problems.  Of course, many times our initial contact with a customer is in reaction to a current pest infestation, and our initial visit(s) are designed to eliminate those invader’s first, then put in place one of our Preventative Pest Management Plans to avoid their return.

Healthy Home “CARE” Pest Prevention

Our “Healthy Home “Care” Pest Prevention Plan” is our Preventative Pest Management Plan, and it is the foundation of all our services. 

 After inspection, you’ll receive a personalized HHC Maintenance Plan.  This Preventative Pest Management (PPM) plan takes into account factors such as your style of home, the landscaping methods used around the structure, the current level of infestation, even the breeding cycle of the pests involved, so that you not only get rid of your current pests but prevent new ones from entering your home.  Pest control isn’t just about eliminating the pest you can see, it’s about the peace of mind that comes from knowing you’re protected.  This program is designed to eliminate the pests before they enter, and is primarily performed as an exterior only service.

Green Plus Plan

Using the same techniques as our Preventative Pest Management program, we incorporate the use of eco friendly products such as botanicals and organic materials in place of the standard materials utilized in our HHC Program, while reserving the right to back up our program with conventional materials if needed for tough pest problems.  This program is designed to eliminate the pests before they enter, and is primarily performed as an exterior only service with the use of Eco Friendly Pest Control Products.

Through advanced Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in partnership with the customer, Invader Pest Management Professionals use knowledge, thorough inspection, careful monitoring and non chemical methods to prevent pest problems.  For example, properly sealing cracks and crevices eliminates places where pests hide, rather than simply spraying these areas with pesticides for a short-term fix.  Many studies prove that IPM reduces pesticide use and is more effective.  It’s promoted by numerous federal, state and local government agencies. 

This program is designed as a preventative program, with inspection and monitoring at the core of service, employing all IPM strategies including the judicious use of eco friendly pest control materials as needed and it is essential to perform this service as an interior and exterior service for comprehensive inspection and monitoring.
